Spring Transition…but make it fashion

Spring Transition…but make it fashion

Hey Hey! How’s everyone’s 2020 going so far? Have you hit those New Year’s Resolutions or at least where you expected yourself to be by now? I don’t really set formal resolutions but I do set yearly intentions for myself….intentions meaning I think of an overall theme, word, phrase that I want to work towards for the year. This year my intention is “chasing happy”. If you know me then you’ve heard me say this phrase before and its something that I try to remind myself as a general life theme to do things and make decisions on what makes me happy. Happy is not always the easiest option and its not always the option that gives you immediate satisfaction but will give you long term happiness…at least thats how I look at it.

Anyways! Now that we’ve made our way well through February and California starts its spring transition I wanted to share how I like to use my fall/winter pieces and transition with them. I wore this olive green slip dress with thick tights and knee high boots to keep warm and stylish during the winter months and plan to pair it with booties come spring and possibly wedges come summer! I’ll be sharing a few transitional looks over the next month or so before diving into my spring look book!
